If stylish, pared back living is your kind of holiday dream, then Casa Banyan will not disappoint. With five bedrooms and plenty of fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces, the house is ideal for large families or groups of friends who are looking to decamp to a chic retreat, whatever the time of year.

Close to Montgo National Park, the property is within a short drive to Javea's Historic Old Town and within a 15 minute drive of the Port and Arenal. In the opposite direction, and within a 10minute drive ,is La Sella Golf course and Spa, plus the pretty market Town, Jesus Pobre..

With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor, and a further two double rooms with a shared shower room on the independent ground floor, Casa Banyan draws guests in with its calming palette of white washed walls, beach wood furniture and neutral soft furnishings.

Outside guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to where to entertain themselves. A covered seating area off the main lounge is perfect for reading or taking in the gardens, and at the end of the pool a large, covered sofa area is ideal for post dinner drinks, or card games by the pool. Outside the kitchen an equally large space offers a wonderful family size dining table for meals 'al fresco'.

Perched on a scenic hillside in Jávea, Casa Iris is a dreamy coastal hideaway with sweeping Mediterranean views and the dramatic silhouette of Cap San Antonio in the distance. This stylish villa is all about effortless living, where spacious interiors meet sun-drenched outdoor spaces.

At its heart is the private pool, big enough for lazy floats and morning laps, plus a separate Jacuzzi for ultimate indulgence. The terrace is made for all-day lounging—coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset, and everything in between.

Inside, two chic lounges set the scene for downtime: one with a TV for movie nights, the other with a cosy gas fireplace and sea views. Two dining areas mean you can switch between the refined indoor space and the glazed naya overlooking the pool. The well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room (with washer and dryer) keep things practical.

Sleeping up to eleven adults, Casa Iris has three double bedrooms and a single on the main floor. Two open straight onto the pool terrace, perfect for a morning dip. A shared walk-in wardrobe keeps things clutter-free. Two sleek shower rooms (one with a corner bath) and a separate toilet complete the space.

Downstairs, two more doubles with built-in wardrobes share a bathroom and a relaxed lounge with a smart TV. A compact kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and capsule coffee machine adds extra convenience.

Each bedroom has air-conditioning*, high-efficiency ceiling fans, and mosquito-netted windows let the sea breeze drift through. There is also air-conditioning in the living room. *Please note air-conditioning is only offered after the week commencing May 19th 2025, as this is the week they are being installed.

Outdoor living is at its best here. Fire up the mobile gas BBQ in the naya or dine alfresco in the lower garden, beautifully lit for long, starlit evenings.
