Villa Pakatoa; A spacious, light-filled villa set amid lush gardens and mature shrubs, offering complete privacy and a sense of seclusion from the moment you step onto the grounds. The expansive courtyard and distinctive kidney-shaped pool immediately capture your attention, enhanced by a modern heating system for year-round enjoyment. Framed by graceful Andalusian-style arches and vibrant bougainvillea, the outdoor space exudes charm and elegance in every detail.
The main living area has three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the same level as the courtyard and pool. The living room is very large with two separate sitting areas and an attractive dining room with a beautiful glass table for 10 people. The large fourth and fifth bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and smart TVs, are located on the lower level, and accessed by an internal staircase. The villa has air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms and rest areas. Wi-Fi (fibre speeds) and smart televisions in several languages are also available. An EV charging port is also available on site for fully electric or hybrid vehicles.
There is a good supermarket in the surroundings. Other shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes by car. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, which offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily lively and vibrant atmosphere, nightlife for young and not-so-young people and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are also worth a visit. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses, the nearest being just 10 minutes by car.
Advice JH: Villa Pakatoa is located just 350 metres from Casa del Limonero. If you are coming with a large family, booking both of them could be a good option!

2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

Villa is superb and the two floor setup and large grounds works great for our two family group, allowing us all to stay at the same location but with the ability to have our own space when required. Villa is modern and spacious and pool area is large, private and quiet with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
Staying at this villa brings me joy and providing a sanctuary to unwind away from the normal stresses of every day living. Waking up to the great views the villa provides across the valley and down to the coast makes me smile every day. |

Was frustrating to not be informed the BBQ had been removed and replaced with a electric hot plates. When cooking outside, which we enjoy to do these are not really fit for purpose for cooking for a large group of people and large food items e.g. chisee more
Was frustrating to not be informed the BBQ had been removed and replaced with a electric hot plates. When cooking outside, which we enjoy to do these are not really fit for purpose for cooking for a large group of people and large food items e.g. chicken etc. I can understand the old BBQ set up was messy and probably needed additional maintenance being charcoal fuelled but would a Gas BBQ be a better alternative ?
For our stay this year renovation works was being undertaken for the full 2 weeks in the villa next door which did spoil the usual quiet/ tranquillity this villa provides. The intermittent hammering to removal materials wasn't ideal but appreciate this is outside Javea holidays control as is the state of repair of the pool in the villa on the opposite side. For such a modern setup at the villa and the steepness of the drive to the car port electric gates to enter / exit the property would be a nice improvement (just a suggestion) as it can be a pain getting in and out of the car and walking up and down the slope to open and close the gates. |

We have been visiting Javea for 25 years and this is probably the best villa we have ever stayed in. This is also the first time we used Javea Holidays and I would definitely use them again. Prior to the holiday, I had questions and it was so easy to contact them, with someone responding almost immediately. Collecting the keys and dropping them back to the office was seamless.
The villa itself is very modern and the rooms are all spacious. Two huge bedrooms with en-suites on the lower ground, with a utility room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge. 1 more en-suite room, plus a double bedroom and twin bedroom on the ground floor which share a bathroom. All rooms spacious and bathrooms looked brand new. Outside by the pool has lots of space both in the sun and shade. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. Added bonus that pool towels were provided by Javea Holidays! We would definitely come back to this villa again! |

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and Villa Pakatoa was perfect for us all. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained providing us with everything we could possibly need. The pool was perfect with plenty of sun beds and shaded areas. Thesee more

The pool was perfect with plenty of sun beds and shaded areas. The children loved to go on a lizard hunt every morning in the lovely grounds. We appreciated the linen and towel change half way through our 2 week stay. The interior of the villa is stunning, exactly as depicted in the photos.
Javea Holidays were great both during the booking process and throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will definitely return. |

Two dining areas allow alternating between the refined interior space and the glazed naya with views of the pool. The well-equipped kitchen and separate service room (with washing machine and dryer) keep everything practical.
Sleeping up to eleven adults, Casa Iris has three double rooms and one single room on the main floor. Two open directly onto the pool terrace, perfect for a morning dip. A shared dressing room keeps everything tidy. Two elegant bathrooms with shower (one with a corner bathtub) and a separate toilet complete the space.
On the ground floor, two doubles with built-in wardrobes share a bathroom and a relaxed lounge with a smart TV. A compact kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and a capsule coffee machine adds greater comfort.
Each room has air conditioning*, high-efficiency ceiling fans, and screened windows that allow the sea breeze to filter through. There is also air conditioning in the living room. *Please note that air conditioning will only be available after the week beginning 19 May 2025, as this is the week when it will be installed.
Outdoor life is at its best here. Fire up the mobile gas barbecue on the terrace or dine outdoors in the lower garden, beautifully lit for long evenings under the stars.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
