A large, light and spacious villa surrounded by mature gardens and shrubs. The moment you enter the grounds you have the feeling of complete seclusion and privacy. One cannot fail to be enchanted with the large patio and kidney-shaped pool with its arched Andalucian-style walls adorned with bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs.
The main living area has three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the same level as the patio and swimming pool. The living room is very large with two separate lounge areas and an attractive dining recess with a beautiful glass table for 10 people. The fourth large bedroom with bathroom is on a lower level, accessed by an external staircase. The villa has Air-Conditioning (Hot/Cold) in all the bedrooms and lounge areas. Wi-Fi and multi language television is also available.
There is a good supermarket in the vicinity. Other shops, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes radius by car. About 3 kms away is the Arenal beach offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and not so young and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses - the nearest being just 10 minutes drive away.
JH Tip: Villa Pakatoa is located only 350 mts from Casa del Limonero and 550 mts from Casa Sierra Pinos. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

I am pleased to inform you that this winter the whole property will undergo a substantial refurbishment, and one area of this refurbishment will be a completely new kitchen and appliances. It will also become a five bedroom property, linked by an internal staircase giving access to the new fourth and fifth bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. All very exciting and should mean Pakatoa is even more lovely than ever!

Our son and girlfriend took the room with the ensuite downstairs which was very private and they loved having their personal space. Would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely be returning.

NEW PROPERTY - March 2025 !!
Perched on a scenic hillside in Jávea, Casa Iris is a dreamy coastal hideaway with sweeping Mediterranean views and the dramatic silhouette of Cap San Antonio in the distance. This stylish villa is all about effortless living, where spacious interiors meet sun-drenched outdoor spaces.
At its heart is the private pool, big enough for lazy floats and morning laps, plus a separate Jacuzzi for ultimate indulgence. The terrace is made for all-day lounging—coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset, and everything in between.
Inside, two chic lounges set the scene for downtime: one with a TV for movie nights, the other with a cosy gas fireplace and sea views. Two dining areas mean you can switch between the refined indoor space and the glazed naya overlooking the pool. The well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room (with washer and dryer) keep things practical.
