At its heart is the private pool, big enough for lazy floats and morning laps, plus a separate Jacuzzi for ultimate indulgence. The terrace is made for all-day lounging—coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset, and everything in between.
Inside, two chic lounges set the scene for downtime: one with a TV for movie nights, the other with a cosy gas fireplace and sea views. Two dining areas mean you can switch between the refined indoor space and the glazed naya overlooking the pool. The well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room (with washer and dryer) keep things practical.
Sleeping up to eleven adults, Casa Iris has three double bedrooms and a single on the main floor. Two open straight onto the pool terrace, perfect for a morning dip. A shared walk-in wardrobe keeps things clutter-free. Two sleek shower rooms (one with a corner bath) and a separate toilet complete the space.
Downstairs, two more doubles with built-in wardrobes share a bathroom and a relaxed lounge with a smart TV. A compact kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and capsule coffee machine adds extra convenience.
Each bedroom has air-conditioning*, high-efficiency ceiling fans, and mosquito-netted windows let the sea breeze drift through. A large, light and spacious villa surrounded by mature gardens and shrubs. The moment you enter the grounds you have the feeling of complete seclusion and privacy. One cannot fail to be enchanted with the large patio and kidney-shaped pool with its arched Andalucian-style walls adorned with bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs.
The main living area has three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the same level as the patio and swimming pool. The living room is very large with two separate lounge areas and an attractive dining recess with a beautiful glass table for 10 people. The fourth large bedroom with bathroom is on a lower level, accessed by an external staircase. The villa has Air-Conditioning (Hot/Cold) in all the bedrooms and lounge areas. Wi-Fi and multi language television is also available.
There is a good supermarket in the vicinity. Other shops, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes radius by car. About 3 kms away is the Arenal beach offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and not so young and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses - the nearest being just 10 minutes drive away.
JH Tip: Villa Pakatoa is located only 350 mts from Casa del Limonero and 550 mts from Casa Sierra Pinos. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Nestled into the foot hills of the Montgo natural park, Casa Ladera sits on a large plot with mature gardens, shaded seating and dining areas, a full-size tennis court and superb pool terrace with spectacular views towards the eye of Montgo.
An excellent holiday home for families or groups who are looking for a tranquil location to come together and to unwind, play games and generally soak up the beauty of their surroundings.
The cool interior is laid out over one floor, at its centre a spacious lounge/diner with open-plan, modern kitchen and large dining table. The six bedrooms are cool and inviting, with pops of colourful artwork, handy built-in wardrobes and all important air-conditioning for those balmy Summer nights!
