Description
Near Montgo National Park, the property is a short drive from the Historic Old Town of Jávea and 15 minutes by car from the Port and Arenal. In the opposite direction, and 10 minutes by car, are the La Sella golf course and spa, as well as the charming market town of Jesús Pobre.
With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor, and two other double rooms with a shared shower room on the independent ground floor*, Banyan House attracts guests with its calming palette of whitewashed walls, beach wood furniture and soft upholstery in neutral tones. *Please note that to access room 5 on the ground floor, it is necessary to first pass through room 4. Ideal for families and children, not so much for older couples.
External guests have many options for entertainment. A covered seating area next to the main hall is perfect for reading or enjoying the gardens, and at the end of the pool there is a large covered sofa area ideal for drinks after dinner or playing card games by the pool. Outside the kitchen, an equally large space offers a wonderful family dining table for outdoor dinners.

JH's advice: Banyan House is located just 550 metres from Cora House. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

There is a good supermarket in the surroundings. Other shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes by car. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, which offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily lively and vibrant atmosphere, nightlife for young and not-so-young people and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are also worth a visit. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses, the nearest being just 10 minutes by car.

Casa Sunshine is a very spacious holiday home, perfect for large families and friends looking for a quiet place to have fun and disconnect.
Located in the isolated and sought-after area of Cabo de la Nao, not far from the lighthouse or the famous coves of Granadella and Portichol, the location is accessible to all the main attractions of Jávea, while providing guests with the freedom and privacy of a large private residence.
Divided into two independent dwellings. The main house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor pool terrace. An open-plan kitchen/dining area, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large en-suite shower and an outdoor balcony with chill-out chairs and impressive forest views. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units.
In the exterior and descending a short flight of stairs, the second part of the house consists of a central living room, two large bedrooms, a shared shower room and an open-plan corner kitchen-diner. A large air conditioning unit in the living room effectively cools the rooms in this space. Would you like to have breakfast outdoors? Grab a coffee and a croissant and head to the covered gazebo, located at the edge of the garden, to enjoy the views of the forest and the sounds of local birds.
Back upstairs, the pool terrace and covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue are the perfect place for the whole family to gather.
JH loves: the tranquil location and the beautiful grounds with terraces, full of exotic plants, palm trees and lemon trees. The happiness of holidays!!!
