Inside, the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, one double and another with two beds, with the possibility of a fifth folding bed if necessary. The spacious living-dining room opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and is perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals for the family. The excellent location of La Gavina, just a few metres from the beach, allows guests to have a hassle-free holiday and perhaps even without a car. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are less than 3 km away, and there are also excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. If you do not comply with this requirement and confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose all right to a refund.

The Apartment is in an excellent position, the sun is in the rooms from approx midday until sunset over the hills. Good parking, and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and the Arenal. It's so good we have rebooked it.

As always the service we got from Jávea Holidays was excellent : easy and safe online payment system, you get all the information you need before you arrive, the way you get your keys outside the office hours … It’s the 5th time in 3 years that we rsee more

La Gavina itself is on a perfect location with a nice sea view over the beautiful Arenal. It is a spacious apartment with many closets and it has a modern bathroom.

The apartment isn’t that new - that’s why it’s so spacious of course - and some parts of the kitchen could use an upgrade. But I have to admit that we didn’t use the kitchen that much because the Arenal with all the beautiful restaurants is only a 2 see more

For a winter let the Living room electric heating was insufficient and you had to rely on the log burner which could be tricky to use unless you were used to them.
As someone with limited mobility it was not ideal because of the number of steps that see more

This three-bedroom penthouse with a south-facing orientation overlooks one of the best gardens and pool complexes in Javea, and when it comes to location, it really couldn't be better positioned!
The excellent location of La Isla, just a few minutes' walk, approximately 400 metres, from the Arenal beach in Jávea, allows guests to easily access an area that offers safe bathing and water sports, around which there is a wide seafront promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. equally lively during the day and night.

JoJo Beach is an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located 8 minutes' walk from the lively Arenal beach and its restaurants and bars.
On the first floor of a modern apartment complex, with a swimming pool and communal gardens, the property offers an underground private parking space and an independent storage area, both easily accessible via lift or stairs from inside the apartment block.
Inside, the elegant open kitchen with an American-style breakfast bar looks out onto the spacious living/dining room, with a comfortable corner sofa and wooden dining table. Outside, the outdoor balcony offers guests al fresco dining with views of the Montgó and the Jávea countryside. The perfect space for fresh lunches under the retractable awning, or star-lit dinners on warm summer nights.
Equipped with cold/hot air conditioning through ducts, the shared spaces and bedrooms of the apartment are a cool refuge from the summer sun's heat and a cosy paradise in winter, when nights are cooler.
