The excellent location of La Isla, just a few minutes' walk, approximately 400 metres, from the Arenal beach in Jávea, allows guests to easily access an area that offers safe bathing and water sports, around which there is a wide seafront promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. equally lively during the day and night.
The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are less than 2 km away, and there are excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
JH Advice: The Isla Penthouse is located in the same complex as Avalon. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Refrigerator-freezer doors opening in the wrong direction, difficult to use. The sofa in the living room had outlived its time. Invasion of ants inside twice. Lots of birds on the balconies (net above the balcony?), which messed up the balcony floors and furniture. During the long stay (five weeks), there were also numerous small problems, recarding which the rental company had to be contacted. For examble: Bad sewage smell in the shower room right at the beginning. The hand shower in the bathroom did not work, had to be replaced. Power failure. The water supply from all faucets and showers was interrupted for half a day. No refund was received for these, e.g. couple of hours extension to the departure time.

We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it but this time we feel for the price being charged there needs to be some improvements made to the accommodation.
Mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Lounge furniture could do with updating.

Mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Lounge furniture could do with updating. Kitchen cupboards have tape on the sides of them as the veneer is coming off. Iron needs replacing as the bottom is detached. Air con makes loud clicking noises at night. Perhaps a couple of Sun loungers on the balcony would be a good idea too. |

JoJo Beach is an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located 8 minutes' walk from the lively Arenal beach and its restaurants and bars.
On the first floor of a modern apartment complex, with a swimming pool and communal gardens, the property offers an underground private parking space and an independent storage area, both easily accessible via lift or stairs from inside the apartment block.
