Golden Beach is a lovely, bright two bedroom apartment located just a few hundred meters from the popular Arenal beach of Javea. With its south facing aspect, the large balcony receives the best of the sun throughout the day, whilst offering its guests the option to retreat inside to the cool air-conditioned living spaces.

The apartment is located inside a secure gated complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, large mature gardens, underground parking and lift access. The property has its own private parking space for one vehicle and beside this a secure lock-up, handy for beach gear or for guests looking for somewhere to store their road bikes.

With its fantastic location, not far from the main beach, all the necessary amenities are also all with in a short walk with the nearest shops less than 100 meters away.

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

A sea themed palette of aqua greens and blues gives La Sirena a cool, underwater type feel that makes you feel relaxed the minute you enter the front door. Leading off of the entrance hall, the large lounge/diner offer guests a spacious hub to relax and unwind in. Glass sliding doors from the lounge open out onto the outdoor terrace, which wraps around two sides of the apartment. A convenient gate leads from the terrace towards the pool and gardens, making an early morning swim an easy affair.
Back inside, the bedrooms are light and decorated with pretty artwork. Both rooms have sliding doors, which open onto the outdoor terrace, heaps of storage via the in-built wardrobes and air-conditioning units for those sticky Summer nights. A fully equipped kitchen with laundry room, and two bathrooms complete the apartment and offer guests lots of shared and private space to move around in.
JH loves the handy location, close to supermarkets and the Arenal, and the pretty artwork on the walls of the apartment.
