Description
An oasis of sun-bathed gardens and a sparkling communal pool with a children's pool on one side are the centre of the Isleta Marina complex. Inside the apartment, the open-plan living-dining room leads to a sunny balcony with views of the gardens. On the same floor are the kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with a practical shower.
The third bedroom is accessed via an interior staircase. Its large central bed and double-height ceiling give the space a sense of height, while the en-suite shower room and the small but perfectly formed built-in wardrobe make you feel as if you have just entered your own boutique hotel suite. The true stars of the show are the two exterior balconies, one with loungers overlooking the inner gardens and pool, and the other with outdoor seating and spectacular views towards the Montgó mountain in Jávea.
Near the shops, the seafront promenade and the famous beach bar La Siesta, Isleta Marina is the perfect option for your stay in Jávea.... whatever the time of year!
JH loves the roof terraces and the convenient location of this apartment.
Advice JH: Isleta Marina is located in the same complex as Isleta Marina Oasis and just 100 metres from Flor de Mar. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Lovely little apartment in a beautiful location with a lovely pool. Easy to get access to a supermarket that is just across the road and then it’s a flat walk to either the beach or port.

The apartment doesn’t have a lift and Is on the top floor which was a bit of a pain with regards to suit cases. We also found that when leaving the apartment in the dark we couldn’t turn the stair well lights on from our floor, only on the ground flosee more

La única cosa que hemos echado en falta era una luz en la terraza para poder cenar alli,ya que no hay. Y tb una tele en la planta de arriba.

Elegance and exclusivity are the key notes of this excellent apartment on the second floor, one of 13 in a small and secure four-storey block located in a quiet location just beside the seafront to the south of Arenal beach in Jávea. The finish of the apartment itself, the interior furnishings and decoration are of the highest quality, making it the perfect holiday home for the discerning visitor.
From the living room and terrace, there are glimpses of the sea with a rocky facade just 50 metres from the apartments. The steps in the rock provide easy access for snorkelling and diving. La Avoceta is a bright and sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, 10 minutes' walk from the Arenal beach and 15-20 minutes' walk from the picturesque shops, restaurants and cafés of Jávea port.
Located in a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree-lined avenue, apartment guests can use the swimming pool and communal gardens. Additionally, they have a convenient underground parking space, large enough for two standard-sized vehicles and with plenty of extra space for road bikes or beach toys.
Inside the apartment, guests are welcomed by bright whitewashed walls, sunny artworks and lovely decorative touches in rattan and beach tones. The spacious living-dining room and kitchen overlook a large covered balcony, with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating. The elegant bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and quality beds with padded headboards. The cold/heat air conditioning is distributed throughout the property via a ducted ventilation system, making it a comfortable place to stay all year round.
JH loves: Interior decoration and the fabulous location. Oh, and the practical walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom!
