Villa Zephyra in 'Costa Nova Ambolo', Jávea, is a sun-drenched Mediterranean refuge with views that stretch to the horizon. Designed for families or groups of friends, this dreamy villa has three independent sections, each with its own entrance, perfect for sharing space without sacrificing privacy.
There is a private covered car park for two cars, in addition to free spaces beside the road if you come with additional equipment.
The main house is divided into two ventilated levels. On the ground floor, you will find an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room with a smart TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a terrace with sea views, ideal for quiet breakfasts or evening drinks. A room with a king-size bed (150 x 200 cm) is also located on this floor, with views of the pool and the sea, and an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the upper floor, the main suite is pure coastal delight. With a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), smart television and its own small terrace with table and chairs, it is the perfect place for quiet mornings. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, modern and features more sea views and a generous walk-in shower.
Go down the side stairs and you'll reach the outdoor barbecue area with a washbasin, which leads to the sunny pool terrace with a large dining table and, yes, more sea views. Right next to the pool, there is an independent guest room with a king-size bed (150 x 200 cm), smart TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Below the villa, an independent apartment offers total flexibility. It features a compact kitchen, living-dining room with smart TV, twin beds (90 x 200 cm), an open-plan wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, ideal for older children, additional friends or guests who prefer their own space.
Villa Zephyra is made to create memories, with space to spread out and enjoy the views in style. That said, due to the number of steps throughout the property, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or heart conditions.

Upon arriving we were received by the most amazing views. The accommodations were pristine and well-equipped. We stayed for 3 months and can say with confidence that this villa offers everything anyone (and guests) need! The main house is very comfortable. And the two guest apartments are perfect for visitors. It is at the top of a residential area which offers several restaurants that are walking distance. It is not walking or biking distance the Arenal or beach. For us this was fine as we enjoyed the ability to choose. What was equally as impressive was the service and care we received by the entire team at Jàvea Holidays. We would recommend them to anyone.

Anything that was lacking was simply because it is a new property. Although having the ability to heat the pool (at renters expense) would raise the level of this property.

Durch den Wind fällt sehr viel verwelktes Laub von Palmen, Sträuchern usw. Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt wäre es schön, wenn ein Gärtner 1 mal die Woche etwas kehrt. Pool wurde ja auch einmal gereinigt und überprüft.

Casa Azucena is a bright and spacious villa with capacity for 6 people. Located in the exclusive area of La Guardia Park in Javea. A 5-minute drive away there are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket, and 10 minutes by car is the Cap de La Nao peninsula and lighthouse, which offers stunning views of rocky capes and bays. The nearby coves of Granadella and La Barraca offer the possibility of snorkelling, swimming in the sea and enjoying beach bars.
Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two beds and an independent bathroom, easily accessible from the living room, kitchen and pool area, making both rooms ideal for guests with mobility issues. The main en-suite bedroom is on the first floor and benefits from a fabulous south-facing balcony with views of the pool and gardens.
In the exterior, summer life is particularly well catered for with south-facing furnished terraces and the spacious and sunny pool area for sunbathing and relaxing. The walled and enclosed gardens are partly lawn and partly gravel, planted with palm trees, flowering shrubs and small trees.
