Villa Zephyra in 'Costa Nova Ambolo', Jávea, is a sun-soaked Mediterranean hideaway with views that stretch all the way to the horizon. Designed for families or groups of friends, this dreamy villa has three independent sections, each with its own entrance, perfect for sharing the space without sacrificing privacy.
There’s private covered parking for two cars, plus free roadside spots if you’re arriving with extras in tow.
The main house is split over two breezy levels. On the lower floor, you’ll find an open kitchen, dining, and lounge space with a smart TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a sea-facing terrace - ideal for lazy breakfasts or sundowners. A king-size bedroom (150 x 200 cm) also sits on this floor, with pool and sea views and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the master suite is pure coastal bliss. With a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), smart TV, and its own small terrace with a table and chairs, it’s the perfect spot for slow mornings. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, modern, and complete with more sea views and a generous walk-in shower.
Head down the side steps and you’ll reach the outdoor BBQ area with a sink, leading to the sunny pool terrace with a large dining table and – yep – more sea views. Just next to the pool is an independent guest room with a king-size bed (150 x 200 cm), smart TV, and its own en-suite with walk-in shower.
Below the villa, a self-contained apartment offers total flexibility. It has a compact kitchen, lounge-diner with smart TV, twin beds (90 x 200 cm), an open-plan wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, great for older kids, extra friends, or guests who like their own space.
Villa Zephyra is made for memory-making, with space to spread out and soak up the views in style. That said, due to the number of steps throughout the property, it’s not suitable for guests with mobility issues or heart conditions.
JH Top Tip: You’ll need a car to explore the nearby coves of Granadella and Portixol, while the lively Arenal beach and its buzzing bars and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive away.

Outside, the pool is at the centre of a cool and multifaceted entertainment space that provides optional dining and relaxation zones. From the pool area, follow the pretty garden path around to the back of the villa where a built-in barbeque and Arabesque style dining area merge into the perfect space for candlelit dinners set against Paprika hued walls…bliss!
