With air conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, and private gated parking for up to two cars, it’s comfortably set up for stays in every season.
Inside, the villa feels relaxed and welcoming, with a spacious lounge anchored by a log burner for cooler months, and a Smart TV for easy evenings in. The dining area flows naturally from the living space, while a bright enclosed Naya sits between the house and the pool, filled with natural light and garden views, it’s the kind of spot that works just as well for winter coffee mornings as it does for lazy afternoon reading.
The bright kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, with a gas hob, modern appliances, and a capsule coffee machine for slow starts to the day.
The villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two en-suite bedrooms and a separate shower room for the third. All bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, with further A/C in the main living spaces.

In June, I thoroughly enjoyed a stay at Villa Siempre Contigo, situated in beautiful Jávea. From the moment we arrived, it felt instantly welcoming.
The villa is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is ample on-site parking, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden with a lovely swimming pool where you can really soak up the Spanish sun. Personally, I really appreciated the air conditioning. After an intense game of padel, it was lovely to cool off and completely unwind. The villa is situated in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood, whilst the lively centre and the charming seafront promenade of Jávea are just a short distance away. This means you can enjoy the perfect combination of peace and bustle. In short: Villa Siempre Contigo is a fantastic holiday home where comfort, atmosphere and an excellent location come together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a carefree holiday in Jávea! |

This charming traditional Spanish villa is located next to the Montgó mountain in the Castellans area of Javea. The large open reception room has a very comfortable lounge area next to a fireplace. There is a glazed naya, with views of the pool, with seating to relax, watch television or play cards. On the right side of this beautiful entrance hall, two steps lead to the dining area and a door to the spacious kitchen. The furniture reflects the owners' love of art and travel.
Special discount applied due to ongoing construction works nearby
A corridor from the entrance door leads to a room with two beds and the room with two beds with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom and private bathroom are located in the living room or on the naya. Another bathroom is on one side of the main entrance.
The dining room doors and the naya doors open to the pool terrace, which has terraces over a living room and dining room. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing on this secluded terrace overlooking the large and attractive gardens and with wonderful views of the Jávea valley and Montgó on the other side.
This villa is located just above the old town of Jávea, with its shops, bars, restaurants and weekly market. The port, marina and El Arenal beach area are 10 minutes by car.
Advice JH: Villa Levante is located just opposite La Golondrina and only 100 metres from Casa Alba. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
