**Important Information**

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Just five minutes by car or a pleasant 20-minute walk away, you'll find the lively Arenal beach, where elegant restaurants, shops, and bars await you.
The famous restaurant Madre and the spa at the Hotel Ritual de la Tierra offer a treat just around the corner. Convenience is key, as there are supermarkets and a local shop nearby to easily stock up on essentials.

Distributed across three levels, Casa la Morada offers a serious style and many spaces to relax. Outside, lush gardens surround the house, and the well-maintained lawn leads to the stunning pool area. The lower terrace is the party venue, with a covered barbecue kitchen and a cosy dining area overlooking the lower level of the house.

Here below, you have your own private refuge with an independent entrance and a covered parking area that can be accessed from a different street. There is a spacious living room and dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, a room with two single beds with its own bathroom and two double rooms sharing an elegant bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Ideal for multigenerational groups or friends looking for their own little piece of paradise.

Comfort is the key! The three bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning, as do the living room and the bunk bedroom on the ground floor. Ceiling fans and windows with mosquito nets in the other rooms make life easy and cool. Additionally, with fibre optic internet throughout the house, staying connected is easy.
