On the ground floor, you will find four additional bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a cosy living room and access to a spacious outdoor terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm breeze of Jávea.
The outdoor spaces are equally attractive, surrounding the villa to create a perfect connection between the interior and exterior. Guests can relax on the covered terrace and dining area next to the pool, lie down on the sunbeds by the pool, or gather around the modern outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with a table for 12 people, ideal for outdoor dinners under the stars. There is also a shaded seating area to rest comfortably and a covered ping-pong table, which will surely entertain both children and adults.
The villa offers total privacy and serenity, and is less than 10 minutes by car from the lively seafront promenade of Arenal, where you will find vibrant restaurants, bustling cafés and lots of fun. Not enough hooks etc to hang wet towels in bathroom.
The hot water a bit on and of in shower.
Not place for 12 around table inside.
Would be great with more table/desks for working on laptop, in basement for example.

With views of a panoramic landscape of fields and rolling hills, with its own lush private gardens and a spectacular mountain as a backdrop, Casa Cora is nothing less than refined, barefoot elegance. And with its beautiful interiors, private pool, barbecue hut, yoga gazebo, Balinese daybed, and fruit tree orchard, every corner of this spectacular property is truly divine.
Divided into two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance and open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The internal layout is ideal for large families or groups of friends who enjoy holidays together but also seek their own space or moments of tranquillity. The rooms have radiator heating in winter and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the upstairs living room in summer.
If this description does not enthuse you, what do you think of the 27-hole golf course "La Sella", which is located 5 minutes by car from the main gate of the property? Do you not like golf? Well, treat yourself to a spa day at the Marriott hotel (just next to the golf course) or take a walk along the lower trails of the Montgó mountain.
