    Description

    Just minutes from the turquoise waters of Granadella beach and only 15 minutes by car from the popular seafront promenade of Arenal, Casa Thalassa, which means "Goddess of the Sea", rises above the hills of the beautiful coast of Jávea, offering guests stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

    Inside, the cool double-height reception area leads to a spacious kitchen and an open-plan living and dining room, a charming and bright space with comfortable seating, elegant nautical touches and Smart TV. Outside, the covered terrace offers guests outdoor dining and stunning views of the sea, sky and surrounding slopes. From the terrace, a short flight of stairs leads to the gleaming pool and surrounding patio, dotted with reclining sunbeds and large umbrellas.

    Back inside and on the upper floor, the main bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a small but perfectly formed walk-in shower, as well as a bathtub with a wall shower. Two other bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bright family bathroom. All three bedrooms have cold/heat air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and direct access to the balconies on the upper floor.

    Wake up and have your first coffee of the day while breathing the salty air and enjoying those wonderful sea views. And, when you decide to venture out of this sanctuary, the Granadella beach is right at your doorstep. Whether you want to eat at one of the popular restaurants by the beach or go kayaking with a local tour guide, you'll want to make the most of the property's privileged location in Jávea.

    JH Loves - The intense blue flashes of the sea that are obtained when walking through the house make this a very special place to stay.

    JH Top Tip - The closed driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, but bear in mind that, due to the property's location on the hillside, it has a steep slope. Less confident drivers can also park alongside the road.

    **Important Information**

    1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

    2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

    3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Alle Schlafzimmer sind zum Meer hin ausgerichtet und haben Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub, den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, das Haus wieder einmal auszuwählen.

    Los colchones de las camas no son para dormir adultos, muy blandos e incómodos.Camas individuales pequeñas ( ancho de 80cm)
    Tampocose cuidan los pequeños detalles: dejar sólo 2 pastillas para lavadora y lavavajillas , no haber mantel ni servilletas de tela o hule , vajilla excasa par 6 personas y algún que otro detalle es lo que diferencia el estar confortable o incómodo en la casa

      This charming traditional Spanish villa is located next to the Montgó mountain in the Castellans area of Javea. The large open reception room has a very comfortable lounge area next to a fireplace. There is a glazed naya, with views of the pool, with seating to relax, watch television or play cards. On the right side of this beautiful entrance hall, two steps lead to the dining area and a door to the spacious kitchen. The furniture reflects the owners' love of art and travel.

      Special discount applied due to ongoing construction works nearby

      A corridor from the entrance door leads to a room with two beds and the room with two beds with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom and private bathroom are located in the living room or on the naya. Another bathroom is on one side of the main entrance.
      The dining room doors and the naya doors open to the pool terrace, which has terraces over a living room and dining room. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing on this secluded terrace overlooking the large and attractive gardens and with wonderful views of the Jávea valley and Montgó on the other side.

      This villa is located just above the old town of Jávea, with its shops, bars, restaurants and weekly market. The port, marina and El Arenal beach area are 10 minutes by car.
