Description
It offers guests beautiful views of the Mediterranean, total privacy and plenty of interior and exterior space, and is just a few minutes by car from the famous Granadella and Portichol coves, both perfect places to snorkel, kayak or have a peaceful lunch by the beach. Bars, restaurants and the sandy Arenal beach are also 15 minutes by car from the property.
With capacity for eight people, the house is divided into two independent living areas that communicate with each other via an exterior staircase, which makes it the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends travelling together but seeking their own personal spaces to retreat and relax.
Each living area has two lounges, each equipped with a smart TV and comfortable seating, two kitchens, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Would you like a game of billiards? The billiards table in the lower lounge will keep the children occupied while the adults lounge around the pool. Fully equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and fibre optic internet connection throughout the house, holidays have never been so easy or so comfortable!

Una bonita casa con increíbles vistas.
Como pros es que la casa está recién reformada y cuidada. Es una casa grande y bonita. La piscina enorme. La limpieza de 10. Muy buen acondicionamiento de ventanas y aislamiento, no se oye ni un ruido.

Muy buen acondicionamiento de ventanas y aislamiento, no se oye ni un ruido. Como sugerencias para la mejora de la vivienda es que la zona para aparcar es demasiado pequeña, solo caben dos coches justos y no tiene tejado ni nada para protegerlos del sol, las camas de la planta de arriba son demasiado altas y están tan usadas que el colchón está deformado. Los espejos de los baños están puestos para una persona de 2m o más, no llegábamos a vernos, al igual pasa con los muebles de la cocina que cuesta abrirlos al estar tan arriba. Las alcachofas de la ducha antiguas y se caen al ponerlas. Hemos tenido una estancia tranquila y agradable. |

Casa Azucena is a bright and spacious villa with capacity for 6 people. Located in the exclusive area of La Guardia Park in Javea. A 5-minute drive away there are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket, and 10 minutes by car is the Cap de La Nao peninsula and lighthouse, which offers stunning views of rocky capes and bays. The nearby coves of Granadella and La Barraca offer the possibility of snorkelling, swimming in the sea and enjoying beach bars.
Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two beds and an independent bathroom, easily accessible from the living room, kitchen and pool area, making both rooms ideal for guests with mobility issues. The main en-suite bedroom is on the first floor and benefits from a fabulous south-facing balcony with views of the pool and gardens.
In the exterior, summer life is particularly well catered for with south-facing furnished terraces and the spacious and sunny pool area for sunbathing and relaxing. The walled and enclosed gardens are partly lawn and partly gravel, planted with palm trees, flowering shrubs and small trees.
