On the ground floor, you will find a convenient guest toilet and a double room, ideal for guests or for anyone who prefers to avoid the stairs.

On the upper floor, the first floor offers a bedroom with two single beds, a separate shower bathroom and a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom. Built-in wardrobes and cold/hot air conditioning everywhere ensure comfort at any time of the year.

The upper floor is a refuge for relaxation with a versatile space for reading or TV and two balconies, one of which overlooks the pool area, perfect for having a coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.

Advice: Montañar Beach House is located in the same complex as Montañar Mar, just 250 metres from Ático Salónica and 150 metres from the complex housing Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar. For families or groups, booking two or more of these properties together could be a fantastic option!

The first floor has capacity for two bedrooms and a bathroom, with stairs leading to the second floor with a large gallery bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. JH's Tip: Altamar Blue is very close to Altamar Townhouse. If you're coming with family, booking both apartments could be a good option!
