Inside, everything revolves around enjoying a stress-free holiday. The living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen blend perfectly, making it the ideal space to relax, catch up, and enjoy those long, peaceful mornings. There is air conditioning everywhere, so you'll stay cool no matter what. And because stress-free holidays are essential, there is a private underground parking space, so you'll never have to circle the block looking for a spot.
Salt and the covered terrace with a comfortable sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the tranquil views of the garden. At the front, your own private outdoor space is perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing with a book. And with a convenient guest toilet on the ground floor, everything is prepared for a relaxed stay.
On the upper floor, you will find two spacious rooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both designed for restful nights and relaxing breaks. JH's advice: Altamar Eden is very close to Altamar Blue and Altamar Townhouse. If you come with family or friends, booking any of the other properties could be a good option!

I really liked the covered terrace to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. All the equipment in the kitchen was very clean. The apartement was nice and cool quickly. The location was super.

I think the coffee machine needs descaling, the shower curtain needs replacing, it smells. A few small cups and a few mire glasses would be nice. The beds were too hard, a softer mattress topper would be nice.

Por un lado, el alojamiento está muy bien localizado, es agradable, bien amueblado con gusto y calidad y tiene todos los servicios cubiertos. Por otro lado la gestión del equipo de Jávea Rentals, digno de mencionar y en especial súper la atención amabilidad de Yoseline. Absoluta seriedad y profesionalidad desde el primer contacto hasta el último día. Información acerca de los procesos y pagos clara y completa, información veraz sobre el alojamiento, profesionalidad en los tiempos y procesos. Por otro lado, aplican esa misma eficiencia en los procidimemtos de limpieza y atención. El alojamiento estaba impoluto como si fuera nuevo recién para estrenar,no le falta un detalle, los electrodomésticos son de calidad, te cambian la ropa.... excepcional. Y en todo momento muestran una actitud de colaborar y hacer lo posible por hacer nuestra estancia insuperable. |

Great location with easy access to beach, resturants and shops. Only 20 minutes walk to old town. Spacious with good seating in and out with a modern kitchen.

Maya House is a charming two-bedroom house with a private garden and covered terrace. Carefully decorated with some furniture pieces and artworks from the brand, the property is perfect for summer and winter holidays, with air conditioning/heating units in the bedrooms and a fireplace in the living room.
A 10 minutes' walk from the Arenal beach along tranquil flat pavements, and 5 minutes' walk from the rocky coves of Cala Blanca and the seafront promenade of Montañar II, the location could not be better.
Guests of Casa Maya will also have access to one of Jávea's best pool complexes, with slides, a children's pool and a seasonal lifeguard. Next to the pool area there is a small games room and a café which is also open during the summer months.
Less than 50 metres from the complex is the bus stop with a service every half hour that connects you with everything Jávea has to offer.
