La Avoceta is a bright and sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, 10 minutes' walk from the Arenal beach and 15-20 minutes' walk from the picturesque shops, restaurants and cafés of Jávea port.

Located in a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree-lined avenue, apartment guests can use the swimming pool and communal gardens. Additionally, they have a convenient underground parking space, large enough for two standard-sized vehicles and with plenty of extra space for road bikes or beach toys.

Inside the apartment, guests are welcomed by bright whitewashed walls, sunny artworks and lovely decorative touches in rattan and beach tones. The spacious living-dining room and kitchen overlook a large covered balcony, with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating.
