Description
Inside the apartment, the large kitchen / living room / dining room is the perfect space to share breakfast, card games, or movie night on the comfortable sofas. Take a coffee or cocktails before dinner on the spacious covered terrace, soaking in the sea breeze and the relaxed atmosphere of the surrounding neighbourhood.
Rooms filled with light with fabulous views of the Montgó and the surrounding countryside provide private and relaxing spaces. And the three bathrooms (two of which are en suite) offer guests large walk-in showers, wall-mounted vanities and elegant mirrors with integrated lighting. The upstairs bedroom has nothing less than two outdoor terraces, perfect for reading during the day or stargazing under the night sky!
JH loves... the colour palette of the interior and the boutique hotel feel of this beautifully presented apartment.
Advice JH: Alondra is super close to the Javea Mar apartment. If you come with family, booking both apartments can be a good option!

It is not to Javea holidays to improve this but the garden was not well maintained nor the hallways .
The dogs in the properties leave marks of urine on the walls, floors and even liftdoors…
The commun hallways are dirty, and given a negative imsee more

Stayed for a month so really got the feel of the apartment ..
We had the penthouse modern stylish and well equipped we enjoyed the local supermarket most days light cooking at home ...10 min walk ...nearest beach bar was 10mins walk and we were idealsee more

Lamentamos el inconveniente con la nevera. En cuanto a las cortinas, nos encanta la luz natural en nuestras viviendas, lo que da un ambiente fresco y luminoso. Como se puede observar en las fotos de la propiedad, hemos diseñado los espacios para aprovechar al máximo esta luz, pero entendemos tu comentario y lo tendremos en cuenta para futuras mejoras. This charming third-floor, three-bedroom apartment is located in a small and exclusive complex, Mont Salonica, no more than five minutes' walk from the beautiful Arenal beach in Jávea. It has an extremely large and completely private roof terrace with wonderful panoramic views over the valley and low hills, towards the impressive Montgó Mountain in Javea.
In the apartment itself, the spacious living and dining areas are elegantly furnished and there is a large, conveniently located open-plan kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same level, two of the bedrooms have the same magnificent views as the living room and terrace. Note: air conditioning is only available in the living room. Modern ceiling fans for the bedrooms.
In the nearby family beach of Arenal, there are safe bathrooms, water sports and a wide seafront promenade with a wonderful variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Even closer than the sandy beach of Arenal and approximately one minute's walk from the apartment is the rocky beach, excellent for snorkelling, diving and fishing.
The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are about 2 km away. The Costa Blanca also has many golf courses, the closest being just 10 minutes by car.
JH Advice: Salonica Attic is located just 250 metres from the Sea Mountain and 150 metres from the complex where Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar are located. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
