There is no private parking, but plenty of street parking is available nearby on Avenida de Augusta and neighbouring streets. Located opposite the Port Sports Centre and indoor communal pool, Riomar is just a short stroll to the centre of Jávea Port, with its cafés, bars, restaurants and the La Grava beachfront.
Ideal for couples looking for space, greenery and easy walking access to the port area.

On the upper floor, the spacious kitchen is formed by simple but effective open shelves, covered by beautiful fabric panels. Installed with all the usual comforts and no less than two types of coffee machines, the rustic shelves and modern appliances work in perfect harmony with each other.
A small indoor table with seating for two people is perfect for a quick bite before going to the beach, but the true star of the apartment is the large outdoor terrace with its covered dining table, sun loungers and magnificent views of the sea, palm trees and sky. This is a wonderful space to eat, drink or simply relax in the morning, at midday or in the evening.
The best advice from JH: although the apartment does not offer assigned parking, there are always many spaces along the roadside to park your vehicle. Genoa Street is a good option, as the beautiful tree-lined road offers shade throughout the day.
JH Loves: take an early dip before walking along the seafront until reaching La Siesta, one of the favourite places by the beach... what a way to start the day!

Located within a historic building full of character on a charming pedestrian street, Velamar is the perfect seaside getaway for couples seeking a romantic escape with a touch of local style. Situated in the heart of Jávea's port, the apartment enjoys front-row views of the Mediterranean and is just steps away from the stunning *Church of Our Lady of Loreto*, a local architectural gem inspired by a ship's hull.
Inside, Velamar is a quiet and elegant refuge. The one-bedroom apartment features a generous king-size bed, an elegant built-in wardrobe, and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower.
