The location of Velamar could not be better, with the beach just across the promenade and shops, cafés and restaurants just a few steps away. A private underground parking space is also included, just a five-minute walk from the apartment.

At the front, the balcony is located above a lively café terrace, which adds a cheerful atmosphere during the day. At the back, a smaller balcony offers a charming view of the historic pedestrian street and the iconic church.

It's worth pointing out! : Velamar is located in the vibrant centre of the port. This means that guests can enjoy front-row seats to attend the numerous cultural events and parties in Jávea, from colourful parades to local music festivals, from the comfort of the apartment. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Hidden on a well-known street just steps from La Grava beach, this two-bedroom ground floor apartment is pure beach indulgence. Inside, the nautical aesthetic is combined with bohemian accents: polished wooden furniture, woven basket lamps, and beautiful glass and ceramic pieces scattered throughout. The star of the show is the inner courtyard with its traditional rough stone wall and tiled floor, the perfect refuge after a day of sun at the beach.

The best advice from JH: watching the sunrise on the beach, before taking a long walk to one of the many cafés to have breakfast by the sea... what a way to start the day!

Advice JH: Casa Loreto is located just 100 metres from Bay View. If you're coming with family, booking both could be a good option!
