Description
Inside, the spacious dining room and independent kitchen make evenings in the apartment a delight. The comfortable sofa and smart TV are perfect for a relaxing afternoon or a movie night, and the balcony, small but perfectly formed, is the ideal place to savour a well-chilled glass of cava or read a good book.
There are two good-sized bedrooms and a single bedroom that offers plenty of space for the fifth guest. The main bedroom has a Super King bed of 180 x 200 cm, while the other rooms offer single beds of 90 x 190 cm. All mattresses are of superior quality and perfect for a good night's rest after a busy day at the beach. The two bathrooms have plenty of storage space and heated towel rails.
It's good to know: Although the apartment does not have its own parking, there are two large public car parks 5 minutes' walk from the property. Once parked, you are likely to forget about the car until it's time to return home.

We had a great vacation in Javea and really enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was very central to everything from restaurants and bars to the beach within walking distance. There was a supermarket, a pharmacy and plenty of other shops closesee more
We had a great vacation in Javea and really enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was very central to everything from restaurants and bars to the beach within walking distance. There was a supermarket, a pharmacy and plenty of other shops close by for any shopping needs. And the apartment was very nice and comfortable too. It was nicely decorated with fresh colours and modern furniture in Mediterranean style. Bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen came well equipped. The A/C worked very well and kept the place cool, even in the afternoons when it got a bit warmer outside.
We really had a great time and hope to return in the future. Frank B. |

El aptartamento es muy cómodo, fresco, se observa que ha sido remodelado recientemente. Es muy amplio, totalmente amoblado y esta decorado elegantemente.

Cada habitacion cuenta con un aire acondicionado silencioso y que puede ser controlado individualmente. Las camas y las almohadas son muy comodas y de excelente calidad. La cocina es ventidada y esta completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar y disfrutar de una comida en casa. La ubicacion es excelente!, puedes ir a la playa caminando en 2 minutos y alrededor tiene farmacia, supermercado, tiendas, bares y restaurants. No es necesario tener vehiculo. Definitivamente disfrutamos mucho las vacaciones!!!. Lo recomendamos ampliamente y estamos contando los dias para volver. Rosana L. |

JoJo Beach is an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located 8 minutes' walk from the lively Arenal beach and its restaurants and bars.
On the first floor of a modern apartment complex, with a swimming pool and communal gardens, the property offers an underground private parking space and an independent storage area, both easily accessible via lift or stairs from inside the apartment block.
Inside, the elegant open kitchen with an American-style breakfast bar looks out onto the spacious living/dining room, with a comfortable corner sofa and wooden dining table. Outside, the outdoor balcony offers guests al fresco dining with views of the Montgó and the Jávea countryside. The perfect space for fresh lunches under the retractable awning, or star-lit dinners on warm summer nights.
