Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Two generous bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, conveniently accessed from both the main double bedroom and the hallway. The open-plan lounge and dining area is designed for easy holiday living, with comfortable seating and doors opening onto a covered balcony overlooking a leafy avenue below.
The location is hard to beat. Step outside and you'll find a major supermarket, cafés and restaurants just moments away. Continue on foot and within around 10 minutes you'll reach the golden sands and vibrant promenade of Jávea's Arenal Beach, home to some of the area's most popular bars, restaurants and waterfront terraces.
Whether you're starting the day with coffee on the balcony, cooling off in the pool or strolling down to the beach for dinner by the sea, Luma Star makes it easy to settle into the relaxed rhythm of a Jávea holiday.
Please note! There is a construction site next to the property, and some noise may be heard during working hours (typically 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with a break between 14:00 and 15:00). We hope this will not affect your enjoyment of the apartment, although the level of noise is unfortunately beyond our control. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect this, and no further discounts will apply during this period.
