Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Golden Beach is a lovely and bright two-bedroom apartment located just a few hundred metres from the popular Arenal beach in Jávea. With its south-facing orientation, the spacious balcony receives the best of the sun throughout the day, while offering guests the option to take refuge inside, in the cool air-conditioned rooms.

The apartment is located in a closed and secure complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, extensive mature gardens, underground parking and lift. The property has its own private parking space for one vehicle and, next to it, a secure storage room, practical for beach equipment or for guests looking for a place to store their road bikes.

With its fantastic location, not far from the main beach, all necessary services are also within a short walk, with the nearest shops less than 100 metres away.
