    Located in the heart of the Montañar Mar II area, within 10 minutes walking or 4 minutes driving distance to the sandy Arenal beach. Golden Paradise Mar is in prime position for guests who love the natural rocky beachfront of the Montañar II region and the cool natural pools and coves of Cala Blanca.

    Nestled within a family friendly, gated complex with four open air swimming pools (two shallow pools for the kiddies), the apartment also comes with an exclusive underground parking space. Inside the first-floor property, the rooms are light and well equipped with air conditioning units in the lounge-diner and in both bedrooms. The covered balcony leads off the lounge and main bedroom and is the perfect spot to take breakfast or to relax with a good book.

    A lovely, bright holiday home where you can unwind and make special holiday memories with friends and family. JH loves the contemporary interiors and peaceful location of this pretty apartment.

    Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. Should you proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund. 2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
