    Located in a family-friendly and enclosed complex with four outdoor swimming pools (two shallow pools for children), the apartment also features an exclusive underground parking space. Within the first-floor property, the rooms are bright and well-equipped with air conditioning units in the living-dining room and both bedrooms. The covered balcony of the living room and main bedroom is the perfect place to have breakfast or relax with a good book.

    A charming and bright holiday home where you can relax and create special holiday memories with friends and family. JH loves the contemporary interiors and the tranquil location of this lovely apartment.

    Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed.     Poco después de llegar informamos de un problema con las llaves de entrada al portal (no se podía abrir la puerta) y no recibimos ninguna comunicación durante nuestra estancia. Creo que debería mejorar la comunicación en este sentido.

      The Hummingbird is an elegant two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Altamar III complex. Close to the Arenal beach and the neighbouring marina, it is the perfect holiday home for guests looking to be a short distance from the beach, restaurants, bars and cafés.

      The Altamar III complex offers a beautiful swimming pool and garden area, with many tall palm trees and tropical plantations. The apartment rental includes an underground private parking space, which facilitates car entry and exit.

      Inside the apartment, the bright living-dining room with an adjacent covered balcony offers dinners indoors or outdoors, and comfortable seating in front of the Smart TV. The bright bedrooms offer quality mattresses and built-in wardrobes, perfect for hiding the mess!
