Poco después de llegar informamos de un problema con las llaves de entrada al portal (no se podía abrir la puerta) y no recibimos ninguna comunicación durante nuestra estancia. Creo que debería mejorar la comunicación en este sentido.

Golden Beach is a lovely, bright two bedroom apartment located just a few hundred meters from the popular Arenal beach of Javea. With its south facing aspect, the large balcony receives the best of the sun throughout the day, whilst offering its guests the option to retreat inside to the cool air-conditioned living spaces.
The apartment is located inside a secure gated complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, large mature gardens, underground parking and lift access. The property has its own private parking space for one vehicle and beside this a secure lock-up, handy for beach gear or for guests looking for somewhere to store their road bikes.
With its fantastic location, not far from the main beach, all the necessary amenities are also all with in a short walk with the nearest shops less than 100 meters away.
