Description
The Floridamar Mimosa is located in one of the most beautiful garden and pool complexes in Jávea. Guests are welcomed by wide sandstone walkways, tropical plants and three sparkling pools in the centre of the lawn, including a children's pool and a jacuzzi.
A small gym and sauna are located within the complex and are available for use throughout the year, and during the low season the heated indoor pool is open to all guests staying in the complex.
Inside the apartment, a large entrance hall, with a practical washbasin, interconnects the kitchen and the colourful living-dining room; complete with smart TV, chill-out sofa and dining table for up to six people.
The sunny and enclosed balcony is located next to the kitchen and dining room and is the perfect space to have breakfast or afternoon tea. On the upper floor, the rooms are bright and spacious, with the added luxury of their own bathrooms, as well as direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace.
Would you like to play golf? The Costa Blanca offers a wide range of golf courses, two of them are 15 minutes by car from the apartment and include the championship course 'La Sella'.
JH Advice: Floridamar Mimosa is located in the same complex as Floridamar, and super close to Jardines del Río. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

The oven and hob are dated and require replacement (one hob doesn’t work). The door from the main bedroom to the terrace does not open when the outside temperature is above 20 degrees (this was reported twice but no action). The grouting to the showesee more

The grouting to the shower area of the en-suite is disgusting and should have been rectified long ago.
One significant factor beyond control is the large building site 50 metres to the east, in full view, which can be very noisy during the day, and is likely to last throughout this year. Clients should be told in advance. |

If you don’t have a car, everything is within easy access - maybe take advantage of JaveaHolidays’ airport pick up service which we found very good.

Golden Beach is a lovely and bright two-bedroom apartment located just a few hundred metres from the popular Arenal beach in Jávea. With its south-facing orientation, the spacious balcony receives the best of the sun throughout the day, while offering guests the option to take refuge inside, in the cool air-conditioned rooms.
The apartment is located in a closed and secure complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, extensive mature gardens, underground parking and lift. The property has its own private parking space for one vehicle and, next to it, a secure storage room, practical for beach equipment or for guests looking for a place to store their road bikes.
With its fantastic location, not far from the main beach, all necessary services are also within a short walk, with the nearest shops less than 100 metres away.
A JH loves: The stunning location, the relaxing interiors and the fabulous and sunny balcony. Perfect for families or groups of friends... what are you waiting for!
