This beautiful single-storey property has two double bedrooms, one of them with a practical en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom and an individual bedroom with the option of a trundle bed for a child. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with all the expected amenities, making it a great choice for guests who want to cook at home during their holiday in Jávea. The bright living-dining room leads to the covered terrace, where guests can dine outdoors or go through the pedestrian door that connects the terrace with the gardens and the communal swimming pool.
The area surrounding Flor de Mar is tranquil, and its location allows easy access to both the sandy beach of Arenal, with its numerous restaurants, shops and bars, as well as the beautiful Port of Jávea. The well-known beach bars La Siesta and Montgo di Bongo are 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, as is the stone beach that extends from the Port to the Arenal.

Advice on putting the security blinds down when out during the day and evening would have prevented us being burgled. The area was quiet and we were lulled into a false sense of security.

El problema de las cucarachas, hasta 7 llevamos a encontrar. Es algo que me ha incomodado muchísimo.
Olvidamos un armario de la cocina lleno de comida y no se dignaron a avisarnos para recogerlo. Cuando nos dimos cuenta la agencia había cerrado y nosee more

JoJo Beach is an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located 8 minutes' walk from the lively Arenal beach and its restaurants and bars.
On the first floor of a modern apartment complex, with a swimming pool and communal gardens, the property offers an underground private parking space and an independent storage area, both easily accessible via lift or stairs from inside the apartment block.
Inside, the elegant open kitchen with an American-style breakfast bar looks out onto the spacious living/dining room, with a comfortable corner sofa and wooden dining table. Outside, the outdoor balcony offers guests al fresco dining with views of the Montgó and the Jávea countryside. The perfect space for fresh lunches under the retractable awning, or star-lit dinners on warm summer nights.
Equipped with cold/hot air conditioning through ducts, the shared spaces and bedrooms of the apartment are a cool refuge from the summer sun's heat and a cosy paradise in winter, when nights are cooler.
