Description
Within the property, the bright open-plan living/dining room opens onto a small but perfectly formed covered patio, framed by tropical plants and offering views of the communal swimming pool. Two good-sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, provide guests with a comfortable night's sleep and plenty of storage space thanks to the built-in wardrobes. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, magnificent contemporary tiles and practical vanity units beneath each washbasin.
In the exterior, and in the centre of the Essential Apartment complex, the elegant communal swimming pool is surrounded by a secure child safety fence. Next to it is a practical children's play area with a static exercise bike and step machine, which means you can burn off the cocktail calories while watching the children play!
A practical underground parking space with access to the apartment by lift or stairs makes going to and from the apartment very easy. Do you prefer to walk? Enjoy a quiet uphill walk to the historic old town of Jávea, where cafés and restaurants abound. Every Thursday there is a general market in the main square, or there is a wonderful covered food market, just next to the church. Try the local hams and cheeses or be brave and try a jug of their homemade sangria (a secret recipe!).
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and fibre optic broadband is also offered, which makes it a perfect holiday home for remote workers or for bloggers who like to upload and share their holiday photos as soon as they return from the beach.

Lo único es que no sabía que iban a cambiar las toallas. Quizás avisarlo antes porque me pillaron un poco desprevenida. Y las sábanas de arriba son un poco pequeñas. Pero vamos, por poner un pero porque hemos estado muy bien.

Nestled within the sought-after Golden Star gated complex, this inviting two-bedroom apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, the complex features both adult and children's swimming pools, creating a relaxed holiday atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Two generous bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, conveniently accessed from both the main double bedroom and the hallway. The open-plan lounge and dining area is designed for easy holiday living, with comfortable seating and doors opening onto a covered balcony overlooking a leafy avenue below.
The location is hard to beat. Step outside and you'll find a major supermarket, cafés and restaurants just moments away.
