The kitchen may be compact, but it’s got everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or evening aperitivo.

The real magic, though, happens outdoors. The covered terrace is your front-row seat to chilled-out garden views and direct access to the sparkling communal pool – perfect for keeping an eye on little ones from the comfort of a shaded sofa. There’s also a tennis court on site for guests who fancy a friendly match before dinner, and a single allocated parking space makes popping out for supplies or day trips a breeze.

2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, with a duration of more than 31 nights, receive a special discounted rate and do NOT include public utility expenses, such as electricity and water, nor weekly bed linen changes. The use of public utilities is paid upon departure.

El Colibri is a stylish, two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of the Altamar III complex. Close to the Arenal beach and neighbouring marina, this is the perfect holiday home for guests who are looking to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and cafes.

The Altamar III complex offers a lovely pool and garden area, with lots of tall palm trees and tropical planting. A private underground parking space comes with the apartment rental, making coming and going by car a breeze.

Inside the apartment, the brightly decorated lounge-diner with adjoining covered balcony offers indoor or open air dining, and comfy seating in-front of the Smart TV. The light filled bedrooms offer quality mattresses and in-built wardrobes, perfect for hiding the clutter!

JH Tip: El Colibrí is located super close to Altamar Cielo and La Kalma, and these two are in the same complex. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
