    Sip your morning coffee on one of Cofisa Coral’s two balconies, offering panoramic views of the sea, neighbouring rooftops, and of the gardens and communal pool below. Situated on the fourth floor, accessible via lift or stairs, the apartment benefits from cool sea breezes in the summer months and from the low sunshine during the autumn and winter. Non allocated parking within the urbanisations gated car park is free with the rental of this property. Please note that when the carpark is at maximum capacity that it may be necessary to park your vehicle on the roadside outside the urbanisation.

    JH Tip: Cofisa Coral is located in the same complex as Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar, and only 150 mts from Montañar Mar, Montañar Beach, Terraza Salonica and Ático Salónica. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

    Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
    2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

    We thought this apartment was smart, stylish, well equipped and comfortable. When we arrived it was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. It’s position in Javea is great for the Arenal and we frequently drove a little closer to the Port and walked the rest of the way along the rocky beach road. We loved having breakfast and lunch on the balcony and looking at the sea. We felt very safe and parking was easy (we appreciate it will be busier in the high season). To be honest though, you could easily park your car and not use it again if you wanted to. Matt and Jamie at Javea Holidays were very helpful and we will be booking again soon.
    It would be great to have 2 beach towels or beach chairs to use by the pool or at the beach because the cost of luggage is so high on the flights now- especially if you’re having a short break. This was a minor issue though and we bought 2 sunbed cu

This was a minor issue though and we bought 2 sunbed cushions from a local China Bazaar for our stay- we worked out that it was cheaper per day than when we’d paid for sunbed hire on previous holidays abroad.

    Gracias. Es encantador saber que disfrutaron de la propiedad y que lo pasaron muy bien. Desafortunadamente, el aparcamiento privado en este complejo no utiliza espacios asignados y, a veces en el verano puede ser difícil encontrar un espacio. Esperem

      This gorgeous, one-bedroom apartment is situated in one of the loveliest (if not THE loveliest) garden and pool complexes in Jávea. Inside, the apartment is light, spacious and features all of the mod-cons needed for a relaxing stay-cation. A large walk-in shower is the perfect antidote to a day spent on a hot beach, while the white-washed bedroom, complete with ceiling fan and pretty linen curtains, is the perfect retreat for an afternoon snooze. The kitchen is fully equipped and has oodles of space for culinary guests. The cosy lounge/diner offers comfy seating, air-conditioning and a cinema-worthy sized smart TV! Fibre internet is another big plus, allowing mobile workers and internet surfers to speedily connect to the www. French doors open onto the covered, open air balcony. From here guests can drink in the stunning views of the complex’s lush green lawns and lagoon style swimming pool. Complete with two bridges and a central island, this is surely the setting of a Robinson Crusoe movie! Did we mention the AMAZING location? A mere six minute stroll from the popular eateries and bars of the Arenal beachfront, getting out and about from this centrally located gem of a property could not be easier….*There is a lift in this building but a few steps must be climbed first before you can enter it. JH Tip: Free parking is available just outside the apartment block, however spaces are a little limited during the peak months and so we recommend moving about on foot, or by bike, and forgetting about your vehicle until it’s time to leave! JH Tip: Avalon is located in the same complex as La Isla Penthouse. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!       If relaxed, beachy living and waking up to the sounds of the sea are your kind of holiday heaven, then you’re bound to fall head over heels for The Beach Loft. Enviably located a mere 120meters from the pebbled beach front of Montañar 1, this single-bedroom, two storey apartments oozes seaside charm while offering modern installations such as air-conditioning, a Smart TV and Fibre internet speeds. Inside, the lounge is small but perfectly formed and flooded with light from a full height balcony that looks out over the roofs of the Pueblo Blanco II complex. On the same floor the large bedroom has its own balcony, offering glimpses of the sea and a superb en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower, handy vanity unit and gorgeous patterned floor tiles. On the top floor the ample size kitchen is formed from simple but effective open shelves, covered by pretty panels of fabric. Installed with all the usual mod-cons, and no less than two types of coffee machine, the rustic shelving and modern gadgets work in perfect harmony with one another. A small indoor table with seating for two is perfect for a quick bite before hitting the beach but the real star of the apartment is the large, outdoor terrace with its covered dining table, sunbeds, and glorious views of the sea, palms, and sky. This is a wonderful space for eating, drinking or just simply relaxing in, morning, noon, or night. JH’s Top tip - while the apartment doesn’t offer allocated parking, there are always plenty of roadside spaces to park your vehicle on. Calle Genova is a good option as the pretty tree lined road offers shade throughout the day. JH Loves - take an early morning dip before meandering along the seafront to beachside favourite La Siesta…what a way to start the day!
