    Description

    If life by the sea in the heart of Jávea Port seems like a holiday paradise, then you will want to stay at Casa Loreto. Hidden on a well-known street just steps from La Grava beach, this two-bedroom ground floor apartment is pure beach indulgence. Inside, the nautical aesthetic is combined with bohemian accents: polished wooden furniture, woven basket lamps, and beautiful glass and ceramic pieces scattered throughout. The star of the show is the inner courtyard with its traditional rough stone wall and tiled floor, the perfect refuge after a day of sun at the beach.

    The best advice from JH: watching the sunrise on the beach, before taking a long walk to one of the many cafés to have breakfast by the sea... what a way to start the day!

    Advice JH: Casa Loreto is located just 100 metres from Bay View. If you're coming with family, booking both could be a good option!

    Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. The apartment was light and airy and the interior courtyard perfect for hot days and seclusion after a busy holiday day. It is very well and stylishly eqipped with everything from nespresso coffee maker to dishwasher to washing machine. We loved the shabby chic decor. Everything looked almost new. The apartment is one street from the sea front which has many restaurants and cafes and beautiful views of the bay. The port is a lovely place to stay with lots of character and no high rises!
    The beds were a little on the hard side for us, a mattress topped would solve this. The shower could do with a shelf or rack for soap/ body wash etc and maybe a discrete handle to support the unsteady as many older people holiday in Javea. Nice to

      This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most beautiful garden and pool complexes (if not THE most beautiful) in Jávea.

      Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. A large walk-in shower is the perfect antidote to a day spent on a hot beach, while the whitewashed bedroom, complete with ceiling fan and lovely linen curtains, is the perfect refuge for an afternoon nap. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of space for culinary guests. The cosy living/dining room offers comfortable seating, air conditioning and a smart TV worthy of a cinema. Fibre internet is another great advantage, as it allows mobile workers and internet surfers to connect quickly to www.

      The French doors open to the covered outdoor balcony. From here, guests can enjoy the stunning views of the lush green gardens and the lagoon-style pool of the complex. Complete with two bridges and a central island, this is undoubtedly the setting of a Robinson Crusoe film.

      Did we mention the INCREDIBLE location? Just a six-minute walk from the popular beach restaurants and bars of Arenal, leaving this property gem located in the centre couldn't be easier...*There is a lift in this building, but you have to climb a few steps before you can enter it.

      JH's Advice: Free parking is available right outside the apartment block, however, spaces are a bit limited during peak months, so we recommend walking or cycling, and forgetting about your vehicle until it's time to leave!
