    Stylish, modern and with oodles of space, Alondra is on the second floor of an uber-cool apartment complex with communal pool, gardens and complimentary underground parking space. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the restaurants, bars and boutiques of the popular Arenal and within a stone’s throw of the picturesque beachfront of Montañar I, Alondra’s central location makes for an easy breezy holiday for all ages and interests.

    Inside the apartment the large kitchen/lounge/diner is the perfect space to commune for breakfast, card games or movie night on the comfy sofas. Take coffee or pre dinner cocktails on the ample covered terrace, soaking up the sea air and chilled-out vibe of the surrounding neighbourhood.

    Light filled bedrooms with fabulous views of Montgo and the surrounding countryside provide relaxing, private spaces. And all three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite) offer guests large walk-in showers, wall-hung vanity units and stylish mirrors with integrated lighting. The top floor bedroom has no less than two outdoor terraces, perfect for a spot of daytime reading or star gazing under the night sky!

    JH loves…. the interior colour palette and boutique hotel feel of this beautifully presented apartment.

    **Important Information**

    1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

    2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

    3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

    Lamentamos el inconveniente con la nevera. En cuanto a las cortinas, nos encanta la luz natural en nuestras viviendas, lo que da un ambiente fresco y luminoso. Como se puede observar en las fotos de la propiedad, hemos diseñado los espacios para aprovechar al máximo esta luz, pero entendemos tu comentario y lo tendremos en cuenta para futuras mejoras.

    From the booking date until 31 days before check-in, there is no cancellation penalty

    Cancellation policies

    In case of cancellation the following charges will apply

    From the booking date until 31 days before check-in 0% of the total rent
    From 30 days before check-in until 16 days before check-in 50% of the total rent
    From 15 days before until check-in 100% of the total rent
    No-show 100% of the total rent

    • During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
    • Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

      La Avoceta is a bright and sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, 10 minutes' walk from the Arenal beach and 15-20 minutes' walk from the picturesque shops, restaurants and cafés of Jávea port.

      Located in a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree-lined avenue, apartment guests can use the swimming pool and communal gardens. Additionally, they have a convenient underground parking space, large enough for two standard-sized vehicles and with plenty of extra space for road bikes or beach toys.

      Inside the apartment, guests are welcomed by bright whitewashed walls, sunny artworks and lovely decorative touches in rattan and beach tones. The spacious living-dining room and kitchen overlook a large covered balcony, with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating. The elegant bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and quality beds with padded headboards. The cold/heat air conditioning is distributed throughout the property via a ducted ventilation system, making it a comfortable place to stay all year round.

      JH loves: Interior decoration and the fabulous location. Oh, and the practical walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom!

      Advice JH: The Avoceta is located just 100 metres from Altamar Plus. If you're coming with family, booking both could be a good option!

      1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

      2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

      3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

      Elegance and exclusivity are the key notes of this excellent apartment on the second floor, one of 13 in a small and secure four-storey block located in a quiet location just beside the seafront to the south of Arenal beach in Jávea. The finish of the apartment itself, the interior furnishings and decoration are of the highest quality, making it the perfect holiday home for the discerning visitor.

      From the living room and terrace, there are glimpses of the sea with a rocky facade just 50 metres from the apartments. The steps in the rock provide easy access for snorkelling and diving. A few minutes' walk from the apartment is the picturesque rocky cove, La Caleta, with an excellent beach bar and restaurant (open from April to October).
      The distance to the sandy Arenal beach is 600 metres and the port and historic centre are about 3 km away. There are two supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses, the closest just 10 minutes away.
