Esta encantadora villa tradicional española se encuentra junto a la montaña del Montgó en la zona de Castellans de Javea. La gran sala de recepción abierta tiene una zona de salón muy cómoda junto a una chimenea. Hay una naya acristalada, con vistas a la piscina, con asientos para relajarse, mirar televisión o jugar a las cartas. En el lado derecho de esta hermosa sala de entrada dos pasos conducen al área de comedor y una puerta a la espaciosa cocina. Los muebles reflejan el amor de los propietarios por el arte y los viajes.
Un pasillo desde la puerta de entrada conduce a una habitación con dos camas y la habitación con dos camas con baño en suite. El dormitorio principal y el baño privado se encuentran en la sala de estar o en la naya. Otro cuarto de baño está a un lado de la entrada principal.
Las puertas del comedor y las puertas de la naya se abren a la terraza de la piscina, que tiene terrazas sobre una sala de estar y un comedor. También hay mucho espacio para tomar el sol en esta terraza aislada que da a los jardines grandes y atractivos y tiene maravillosas vistas al valle de Jávea y al Montgó en el otro lado.
Esta villa se encuentra justo encima del casco antiguo de Jávea, con sus tiendas, bares, restaurantes y mercado semanal. El puerto, el puerto deportivo y el área de la playa El Arenal están a 10 minutos en coche.
Consejo JH: Villa Levante se encuentra justo enfrente de La Golondrina y a sólo 100 metros de la Casa Alba. Si vienes en familia, ¡reservar dos o todos ellos podría ser una buena opción!

This was one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. Javea Holidays continue to be the best Villa company we’ve booked with & provide excellent villas as well as first class communication before and during your stay. The whatsapp messaging facility whilst in Javea is so helpful and their offices are beautiful and local bringing reassurance. Villa Levante is so clean, it has the rare benefit of 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms so everyone has their own, & the pool area is so close to the Villa / the outdoor covered seating area means you can all be close to each other whether you enjoy sun / shade or even being inside in the (very effective) air con without all being too spread out. Excellent for families with children for this reason too. The air con is as I say really efficient, only needs to be on a short while to cool everything right down.
The views are beautiful peeking through the mature gardens / trees. The pool was spotless. All the furniture / furnishings and Villa as a whole very clean. Excellent large kitchen and every amenity you’d want. It’s in a peaceful location and not overlooked in any way. They even provided lots of mosquito repellent sprays and coils which was thoughtful. We were so impressed and had the best holiday here. We will definitely return to this villa. Javea itself continues to be lovely and the beach and shops / Pharmacies / supermarkets and sea front restaurants are absolutely amazing. We’ve been coming for over a decade and never leave disappointed! |

Perhaps a note for those booking with younger children re the swimming pool - there’s no shallow end which proved tricky for our son who couldn’t stand / swim and we had to go and get quite a lot of floatation aids to keep him safe.

Also the 3rd step down into the pool is a sudden / deeper step than the others. Whilst we laughed about it we did “fall down” the step and into the pool lots of times as a result! Not a complaint but worth noting. |

Our stay at Villa Levante in Javea was a truly enjoyable experience. The accommodation itself was very good, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable even during the hottest days. One of the highlights was the private pool and external space, which provided a serene environment to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's , and the showers were excellent, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. These small touches made our stay all the more pleasant. While the villa's location is up a narrow road that can get fairly busy at times, requiring some reversing to let others pass, this was only a minor inconvenience. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views more than made up for it. I must also commend the staff at Javea Holidays, who were excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely use their services again. Overall, Villa Levante is a wonderful place to stay, and I would not hesitate to return. It offers a great blend of comfort, relaxation, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Javea. |

The only down side was the amount of bugs but that can’t be helped, I would recommend plenty of bug spray and mosquito plugs.
Jávea holidays were easy to deal with very friendly though they could be more responsive.

Casa Azucena es una luminosa y espaciosa villa con capacidad para 6 personas. Situado en la exclusiva zona de La Guardia Park en Javea. A 5 minutos en coche hay un par de restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado, y a 10 minutos en coche la península de Cap de La Nao y el faro, que ofrece impresionantes vistas de los cabos rocosos y bahías. Las calas cercanas de Granadella y La Barraca ofrecen la posibilidad de practicar snorkel, bañarse en el mar y disfrutar de chiringuitos.
Distribuido en dos plantas, en la planta baja hay un amplio dormitorio de matrimonio con baño en suite y un dormitorio con dos camas y baño independiente, fácilmente accesibles desde el salón, la cocina y la zona de la piscina, por lo que ambas habitaciones son ideales para huéspedes con problemas de movilidad. El dormitorio principal en suite está en el primer piso y se beneficia de un fabuloso balcón orientado al sur con vistas a la piscina y jardines.
En el exterior, la vida de verano está especialmente bien atendida con las terrazas amuebladas orientadas al sur y la amplia y soleada zona de la piscina para tomar el sol y relajarse. Consejo JH: Casa Azucena se encuentra a sólo 300 metros de Casa Mitra y Casa Serena. Si está de vacaciones con familia numerosa o amigos, ¡reservar una o más de estas propiedades podría ser la solución perfecta!
