Este complejo moderno y meticulosamente mantenido está ubicado a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro del área portuaria de Jávea, la playa de La Grava y la marina, con sus elegantes restaurantes, bares y tiendas. También hay bares y restaurantes en las inmediaciones.
Floridamar ha sido diseñado con buen gusto, con pasillos amplios, una gran piscina comunitaria con una piscina infantil separada, así como un jacuzzi, todo rodeado de una extensa pradera verde bordeada de arbustos y árboles floridos, proporcionando sombra y un ambiente relajante.
En cuanto entras en el piso, se hace evidente una sensación de espacio. El pasillo, que recorre toda la longitud del apartamento, conduce a una cocina espaciosa y un cuarto de servicio, tres dormitorios grandes con aire acondicionado, uno en suite, una amplia sala de estar con zona de comedor y terraza cubierta.
El centro histórico de la ciudad también está cerca y la popular playa de arena Arenal, con todas sus atracciones, está a cinco minutos en coche o a 15-20 minutos a pie. Dos buenos campos de golf se encuentran dentro de un radio de quince minutos.
Consejo JH: Floridamar está ubicado en el mismo complejo que Floridamar Mimosa, y muy cerca de Jardines del Río. Si vienes con familia, ¡reservar dos o todos ellos podría ser una buena opción!

Lift goes all the way to car park . Pool area has strict rules , which we liked , but boisterous children probably wouldn’t enjoy it here . We would return . |

But I could see that, in the heat of the summer, this would be a benefit as it would keep the room cool. The garage parking space wasn’t easy to park in but I think this is the case in most underground garages in Spain!

We stayed in this lovely apartment on the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of our first visit to Javea in October 1983. In the intervening period we have stayed in a countless number of apartments and this one is right up there with the very best. It was beautifully prepared for our stay and is in a great location in the Javea Port area, with lots of bars, restaurants, the Grava Beach all just a short walk away. The apartment is very well equipped and the kitchen has all of the utensils and facilities needed to cook as you would at home, if you wanted to do so. Matt and the team at Javea Holidays provide a very efficient management service where communication via both email and WhatsApp makes contact very straight forward. We are very happy to strongly recommend Javea Holidays and the Floridamar apartment to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday based in the port area of Javea.

We recently spent 2 very enjoyable weeks at Floridamar the apartment was light and airy, with lovely views over the complex’s well maintained pool and garden areas from the kitchen and both twin bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and had all been made up with fresh, white bed linen. The apartment overall was spotlessly clean and well equipped with crockery, glasswear etc..
The balcony at the apartment is quite small but was perfect for sitting out each morning for breakfast and, on a few occasions, lunch. There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (5-10 mins) of the apartment. The complex itself is located in a quiet area of Javea Port and we enjoyed peaceful nights throughout our stay. We found everyone at Javea Holidays extremely professional and helpful a minor problem experienced during our stay, once reported, was resolved the same day. We have already booked another of holiday with Javea Holidays for 2024! |

Este encantador apartamento de tres dormitorios en la tercera planta está ubicado en un pequeño y exclusivo complejo, Mont Salonica, a no más de cinco minutos a pie de la hermosa playa de Arenal en Jávea. Cuenta con una terraza en la azotea extremadamente grande y completamente privada con maravillosas vistas panorámicas sobre el valle y las colinas bajas, hacia la impresionante Montaña Montgó en Jávea.
En el propio apartamento, las amplias zonas de estar y comedor están elegantemente amuebladas y hay una cocina de planta abierta grande y convenientemente ubicada. Los dormitorios y los baños están en el mismo nivel, dos de los dormitorios tienen las mismas vistas magníficas que la sala de estar y la terraza. Nota: el aire acondicionado solo está disponible en la sala de estar. Ventiladores de techo modernos para los dormitorios.
En la cercana playa familiar de Arenal, hay baños seguros, deportes acuáticos y un amplio paseo marítimo con una maravillosa variedad de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Aún más cerca que la playa arenosa de Arenal y a aproximadamente un minuto a pie del apartamento está la playa rocosa, excelente para hacer snorkel, buceo y pesca.
El atractivo puerto y el centro histórico de Jávea están a unos 2 km de distancia. La Costa Blanca también cuenta con muchos campos de golf, siendo el más cercano a solo 10 minutos en coche.
Consejo de JH: Salonica Attic está ubicado a solo 250 metros del Mar de la Montaña y a 150 metros del complejo donde se encuentran Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Gran Azul y Cofisa Vista Mar. Si vienes con familia, ¡reservar dos o todos ellos podría ser una buena opción!
