The twin bedroom is on the self contained upper floor with en-suite shower room and a lounge area leading onto a south/west facing terrace that also has inland views.

The complex has a charming circular swimming pool and a separate childrens pool all set in pretty gardens with lawn, trees and shrubs.
The townhouse is located just off the Avenida Ultramar which runs along the rocky sea front from the El Arenal beach to a small cove - Cala Blanca. El Arenal sandy beach, within a 10 minute walk, is perfect for families and here there are a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants plus the opportunity to hire pedalos, jet skis etc. The rocky beaches of Montanar are just about 500 meters away.
