The complex has a charming circular swimming pool and a separate childrenâ€™s pool all set in pretty gardens with lawn, trees and shrubs.
The townhouse is located just off the Avenida Ultramar which runs along the rocky sea front from the El Arenal beach to a small cove - Cala Blanca. El Arenal sandy beach, within a 10 minute walk, is perfect for families and here there are a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants plus the opportunity to hire pedalos, jet skis etc. The rocky beaches of Montanar are just about 500 meters away.
The pueblo or historic old town and the port of Javea are within a 10 minute drive from the townhouse and offer other choices for entertainment, eating, drinking and shopping. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses and the cities of Alicante and Valencia (both within just over an hours drive) offer opportunities for additional exploration.
