This south facing four bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks the stunning inland hills and the majestic Montgo mountain. Located less than 300 meters from the Arenal beach when it comes to location it really couldn't be better placed! Leave the car and be everywhere you need to be within five minutes walking!

The excellent location, just a few minutes' stroll – approximately 300 meters - from Javea's Arenal beach allows guests to easily access an area offering safe bathing, and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night.

The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are less than 2 kms away, and there are also some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

    The apartment comprises of four (4) bedrooms in total with the following details:
    Master bedroom; 1 x King size double bed, en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes, large chest of drawers. Ceiling Fans.
    Bedroom Two; 2 x single beds, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, own balcony with table and chairs. Ceiling Fans.

    The apartment comprises of two (2) bathrooms in total:
    Bathroom One; Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, w/c and bidet.
    Bathroom Two; Master bedroom en-suite. Shower, w/c and bidet.
  • Livingroom

    A large, comfortable lounge/dining room leads out onto a large balcony for dining and relaxing 'al fresco' style. The large, wood dining table can seat up to eight people, fabulous for evening entertainment with friends and family.
    Two comfortable sofas and chair sit around a glass coffee table, and look onto the large smart TV. The lounge is equipped with Air-Conditioning (Hot & Cold) and Wi-Fi.
  • Kitchen

    The open plan kitchen leads off the dining area and is amply equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven with ceramic hob top, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all of the cooking utensils required for whipping up a quick breakfast or dinner with friends.
  • Outside

    The penthouse is well served by a number of 'outdoor´ options for guests, with a large balcony with table and chairs accessed by large sliding doors from the lounge/dining area, and toldos providing some escape from the sun on the hot days.
    Upstairs and accessed by the internal staircase is the extremely large sun terrace and BBQ area, with enough space for 8 sun loungers and a large covered dining area along with an outdoor shower this really is the place that all the family can enjoy at any time of day or night!
  • Service

    The Penthouse is located less than 300 meters from numerous shops and restaurants in the area, the main sandy beach of the Arenal, as well as being equally close to a large supermarket. Several banks and ATMs are also located within five minutes walk too.
    A rental car is not required but maybe helpful for those further afield trips.
    On arrival in Javea, guests are kindly asked to check in at our offices before being given the keys, directions and all the relevant property information to the apartment.
    Guests will also be asked to pay the appropriate security deposit at the office, to be returned on the day of departure.
