Situated in one of the quietest, convenient and most sought-after areas of Javea this second floor apartment in Villas Bolonia is only 150 meters from the sea and beach and just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the port of Javea with its harbour, marina, and full range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There are several beach bars on the nearby shingle beach which is laid out, in the summer, with tropical sunshades and sun loungers.
The Arenal sandy family beach is about a kilometers along the seafront, under 5 minutes by car or a pleasant 20-minute walk.
