This south facing three bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks one of the finest garden and swimming pool complex's in Javea, and when it comes to location it really couldn't be better placed!
The excellent location of La Isla, just a few minutes' stroll – approximately 400 meters - from Javea's Arenal beach allows guests to easily access an area offering safe bathing, and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night.
The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are less than 2 kms away, and there are some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
  • Bedrooms

    There are three bedrooms including a large double with private balcony, which overlooks the lovely pool and gardens below..the perfect spot for quietly reading in the afternoon sun. The next largest bedroom also has its own enclosed balcony and a handy set of single 'nest beds', which convert the room from single to double occupancy. The third bedroom is a small single room, again with 'nest beds' and with a Tall Boy drawer unit for storing clothes and personal items. Both double bedrooms have wall mounted AC (hot/cold) units as well as built-in wardrobes with internal drawer units.
  • Bathrooms

    The apartment´s shower room has fresh, green tiled walls and a modern wall-mounted vanity unit with basin and single lever basin mixer. The shower cubicle has a single sliding glass door with fixed panel, disability bars, and a large shower column with fixed rain shower head, riser rail and thermostatic mixer. A contemporary, white, heated towel rail sits above the wc, while concealed storage is provided in the form of a recessed cupboard next to the shower area.
    The family bathroom consists of a 1700 x 700mm single ended bath with shower column and fixed glass shower screen. A heated towel rail, wall-mounted vanity unit with basin and large mirror all add to the ´boutique hotel´ like feel of this room.
  • Livingroom

    A large, comfortable lounge/dining room leads out onto a full length balcony for dining and relaxing 'al fresco' style. The large, wood dining table can seat up to eight people, fabulous for evening entertainment with friends and family. Two comfortable sofas sit around a country style coffee table, and look onto the new 50 inch smart TV. The lounge is equipped with AC (hot/cold) and Wi-Fi.
  • Kitchen

    The all-white galley kitchen is amply equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven with hob top, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all of the cooking utensils required for whipping up a quick breakfast or dinner with friends.
  • Outside

    The balcony area takes up almost the full width of the apartment with quite simply the best views over the gardens and pool area in the complex. Accessed by large glass double doors leading from both the lounge and double bedroom this truly is the place to relax with your feet up in the late afternoon sun, or in the shade under the 'toldos' if you prefer?!
    A great space for both relaxation and dining/evening entertainment.
    In the gardens there is a profusion of mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawns, making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon-style pool, with its bridges, island, and shallow play area for children, has a delightfully romantic or adventurous appeal.
  • Service

    The Penthouse is located less than 400 meters from numerous shops and restaurants in the area, the main sandy beach of the Arenal, as well as being equally close to a large supermarket. Several banks and ATMs are also located just outside the La Isla complex.
    A rental car is not required but maybe helpful for those further afield trips.
    On arrival in Javea, guests are kindly asked to check in at our offices before being given the keys, directions and all the relevant property information to the apartment.
    Guests will also be asked to pay the appropriate security deposit at the office, to be returned on the day of departure.
