This ground floor apartment with bedrooms on the upper floor is within a 15 minute walk of the Arenal sandy beach of Javea and just a few minutes from the rocky Cala Blanca beach. The apartment has a communal garden area for sunbathing, relaxing, al fresco eating and drinking. The property owners have ensured everything is to hand for all aspects of a summer holiday in the sun.
This duplex is at the end of the block, therefore the front door facing another part of the communal lawned garden. The separate fully equipped kitchen is off the entrance hallway which in turn leads into the combined lounge and dining area. Patio doors overlook a covered terrace with dining table and chairs. The upper floor has a double bedroom, with full en-suite bathroom and two twin bedded bedrooms with full family bathroom. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.
The port and historic old town of Javea are within a 10 minute drive and offer plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in addition to those found at the Arenal beach area. There are several supermarkets within a short distance. The Costa Blanca offers many attractions for enjoyment and entertainment from golfing, water sports and boating to theme parks and other attractions
