This lovely sun soaked ground floor apartment, overlooks Don Pepes idyllic and secluded residents' gardens and swimming pool. It is in an excellent location just a few minutes' stroll – about 900 meters - from Javea's main sandy beach (The Arenal), an area offering safe bathing, beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, and well furnished and equipped throughout, with a large, comfortable lounge/dining room, a garden facing balcony for dining and relaxing, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fresh, all-white kitchen. In the gardens there is a profusion of mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawns, making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are less than 4 kms away, and there are some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
  • Bedrooms

    Both bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes and centrally located ceiling fans, a ‘must have’ for those sticky summer nights! The double bedroom faces the main gardens, with large sliding doors that open out onto the apartment's balcony area – great for a quick hop and a skip out of bed in the morning to take breakfast ‘al fresco’ style. The twin bedroom is well proportioned, with two single beds and central bedside table and drawers. A large window allows light to filter through from the front of the property.
  • Bathrooms

    The shower room is nicely tiled throughout, and consists of a wc, pedestal washbasin and ample shower cubicle with curtain. Above the washbasin hangs a large mirror with integral glass shelf and overhead lighting. Closed storage is provided in the form of a mirrored, wall hung unit to the right hand side of the washbasin.
  • Livingroom

    Off of the open plan kitchen is a large glass and chrome dining table with six stylish dining chairs, fabulous for evening entertainment with friends and family. An L-shaped, cream leather effect sofa cleverly divides the large lounge/diner and is angled towards the flat screen television and sliding glass doors, which lead onto the balcony area.

    The spacious kitchen of off-white units and worktop is amply equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven with hob top, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all of the cooking utensils required for whipping up a quick breakfast or dinner with friends. The open plan kitchen makes for a great social area, as friends or family can sit and chat in the lounge/diner while food is being prepared in the kitchen area.

    With lovely views of the garden and pool beyond, the balcony area takes up the full width of the apartment and can be accessed by large glass doors leading from both the lounge and double bedroom. This truly is the place to relax with your feet up in the late afternoon sun, and with two large reclining chairs and large dining table set the balcony is a great space for both relaxation and evening entertainment.

    A bus stop is located close to the apartment complex on Avenida de Ultramar, putting everything Javea has to offer only a short ride from your doorstep. The apartment also has wheelchair/pushchair access via a ramp located to the side of the apartment block..
