From the moment one enters the beautiful marble entrance lobby of Edificio Madrid one is aware of quality and exclusivity. Our apartment is on the first floor of this prestigious building in the heart of the port area of Javea, and is ideally located for those who prefer to minimise the use of a car or even, perhaps, manage without one.
The apartment itself has light, very spacious rooms, is tastefully furnished, and has an extremely well-equipped, modern American kitchen. Javea Port has an excellent variety of bars, restaurants and shops, and attractive and bustling promenades. Close by are the harbour, the fishermen’s church, the Club Nautico, fish market, and waterfront with good restaurants, cafés, bars and other attractions, mostly open year-round. There is also a comprehensive sports centre.
A few minutes walk takes one to the local pebble beach - gently-sloping, with clean sea and lots to watch. To the far side of the harbour is a rocky cove with a beach bar. The historic town of Jávea is less than 2 km away, and the popular Arenal beach, with its many attractions, is five minutes by car or bus.
