The historic old town of Jávea is also nearby, and the popular Arenal beach, with all its attractions, is five minutes away by car. Two good golf courses are within a fifteen-minute radius, and there is a comprehensive sports centre close by.
Jardines del Mar has been tastefully designed to incorporate various types of living accommodation, from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom garden villas in spacious grounds. The layout has a ‘Spanish village’ feel to it, with it's little landscaped squares and narrow streets, all leading to the centrally situated large communal pool set in pleasant and immaculately kept gardens.
Our third floor apartment is light, airy, comfortable, and beautifully furnished throughout, consisting of a modern, well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room with doors to a comfortably furnished terrace, one bedroom, and a bathroom. From the balcony there are views towards the sea, the coastline, and to the hill slopes inland.
