Accommodation is on two levels connected by interior stairs. At pool level are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge & glazed, ‘naya’ style sunroom leading out to a patio and pool area with poolside bar. The lower level consists of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, with access from the living room and kitchen to the outside dining area, the gardens, and steps up to the pool area. The two living rooms and two of the bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans, the third bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the glazed, ‘naya’ style sun room is also air conditioned.
Local amenities and a rich choice of bars and restaurants can be found within just a few minutes drive. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea, within a 15 minute drive, are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away. |
