In the apartment itself furnishings and décor are of a good standard, with colour-coordinated bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable and spacious living area. For the enjoyment of guests the owners have thoughtfully provided videos, books, cards, and games, including chess.
The apartment has two entrance doors, so one can enter either from the pedestrian gate into the garden from the terrace, or from the garage and parking at the rear. A three-minute stroll will take you to the nearest large supermarket.
The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are about 3 km away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius. |
