An attractive townhouse located a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky beach, between Javea Port and the Arenal beach, in an elegant development built to high standards. Just a few steps from the spacious, private patio at the front of the house are the residents’ gardens - cool lawns, fountains, swimming pool, whirlpool and a large, shady, paved area. A short stroll along the seafront to the right takes you to the Arenal beach, with its many attractions, and to the left the walk to the Port of Javea will take around fifteen minutes. There are several supermarkets nearby. The historic old town of Javea is about 3 km away, and there is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius. |
