Wherever our properties are, the historic old town, the crescent shaped sandy Arenal beach and the working port and water front are never far away by car.
• Most of our properties with communal pools and gardens are an easy walk to the Arenal sandy family beach, with its lively boulevard with shops, bars and restaurants; others are on or near the seafront and harbour areas.
• The area has no high rise developments; the medieval town, with its beautiful Arenal beach and pretty old port area is an untypical, upmarket Spanish tourist resort, famed for its friendly welcome and its near perfect climate with well over 300 full days of sunshine a year.
